Introduction to Craft Brewing (with Tasting) NEW

Join well-loved local establishment Montclair Brewery in an opportunity to learn all things beer!
Students will spend time with Montclair Brewery's head brewer as he explains and demonstrates the production process, including a hands-on experience with several key ingredients in brewing such as malts, hops, and grains. From there, students will head to the taproom to taste up to 6 styles of the brewery's current selection. From beer enthusiasts to beginner beer drinkers, this class has something for everyone!
