Soup is good food! In this class we’ll discuss superfoods to use in hearty and nutritious winter soups to support your immune system and dazzle your taste buds too! You'll learn how to make hearty healthy soups without using butter, cream, or meat. Health Coach Mary Ellen Zung will demonstrate how to prepare one of the healthy soups in her mini recipe book. All participants will have an opportunity to taste the freshly made warm soup and receive the recipe book, curated by Mary Ellen specifically for this class.
