Take a deep dive into the Montclair Art Museum's new Native American galleries with this exceptional two-session class!

Day 1: Come to the library where Professor Lisa Brooks of Montclair State University, co-chair of the new Native American and Indigenous Studies program, member of the Choctaw Nation, and consultant to the museum, will ground you in indigenous history and culture to help you get the most out of your trip to the museum.

Day 2: Go to the Montclair Art Museum and walk through the new gallery with a trained docent. Engage in a hands-on art project inspired by the exhibition with one of the museum's instructors in their fully equipped studio.

Co-sponsored by Aging in Montclair and the Montclair Art Museum.
