ClassGraphic This class date was rescheduled to Monday, Oct. 21 due to a scheduling conflict at the host facility.

Come and create a beautiful, harvest-themed layer cake, featuring the unique technique of palette knife painting. Join us as we go from reviewing the basics of cake decorating to learning how to wow guests with an elevated cake design this holiday season.

We will use buttercream as our medium, and palette knifes as our tools, to create a conversational centerpiece that will grace your entertaining tables this fall. This course will provide participants with an overview of proper cake baking and decorating techniques to create a foundational layer cake that will be finished with a one-of-a-kind harvest design. Bakers will learn how to properly stack, crumb coat, final coat and decorate their own cakes.
