CourseGraphic Throughout Spain Paella is revered as the national dish.  Out traditional seafood Paella would do Spainards proud! Join us for this hands on Culinary experience as we explore the cuisine of Spain.
 

We begin with a fresh Gazpacho appetizer, Mallorcan Tumbet- A Eggplant, potato and Pepper Salad from Mallorca, Seafood Paella -Entree’ and for dessert:  Grilled Pear with Marscarpone Cream Sauce & Brandy
