 Mindfulness is being in the present moment so you can experience a happy, healthy life as it occurs. We will work with tools to live more mindfully and learn ways to live your authentic life. Learn how to find your value system and defining happiness for yourself. We will discuss ways to use the happiness habits and make meditation part of your everyday life.
