Writing Your Roots is a generative poetry workshop series taught by Matthew Marroquín that invites participants to explore the complex paths that brought them to the here and now: across geographies, generations, and identities. Through reflection, discussion, and writing prompts, each session will guide participants in crafting poems that trace lineage, transformation, and personal mythologies.
