Gentle breathing techniques will be woven into each session to help settle the nervous system and bring you into the here and now.
Through 4 sessions, we will explore Mindful Walking, Mindful Eating, Mindful Listening, and Mindful Doodling. Whether you’re brand new to mindfulness or looking to bring more intention into your daily life, this series offers a nurturing and welcoming space to reflect, breathe, and explore presence with ease and curiosity.
