ClassGraphic Join us for a gentle, enriching journey into presence and awareness with this four-part Mindful Living workshop series. Each Saturday, we’ll explore a different way to slow down and tune in through simple, everyday experiences that help you reconnect with your body, your senses, and the world around you. Gentle breathing techniques will be woven into each session to help settle the nervous system and bring you into the here and now.

Through 4 sessions, we will explore Mindful Walking, Mindful Eating, Mindful Listening, and Mindful Doodling. Whether you’re brand new to mindfulness or looking to bring more intention into your daily life, this series offers a nurturing and welcoming space to reflect, breathe, and explore presence with ease and curiosity.
