Donna Liotto-Scocozza, an olive oil sommelier and purveyor of extra-virgin olive oils from around the world, will introduce you to the fine points of the Mediterranean way of cooking and eating, including a primer on the diet’s most essential component, extra-virgin olive oil. Donna will discuss the olive oil basics, including myths, truths, uses of olive oil and will have a recipe handout. As part of the class, she will offer a selection of EV olive oils for tasting and purchasing.
