During this course, you’ll learn about the three phases of menopause and potential symptoms. You’ll gain evidence-based mindfulness techniques known to help with hot flashes and brain fog. Strategies to improve sleep, exercise, and nutrition that are easy to incorporate into your daily life will also be shared. Class participants will receive an electronic copy of The Wiser Woman Workbook and curated resources to learn more about their transition.
