
What is “good” food? It’s real, whole food, that supports our health. But less than 10% of Americans are meeting the government guidelines for eating vegetables, one in four Americans eats fast food every day, and on average Americans consume 3 pounds of sugar a week! In this 1 ½ hour class, you’ll hear how we can make healthy whole foods part of our menus with easy to make delicious recipes to support our health and the health of our families. Health Coach Mary Ellen Zung will provide a food demonstration and tasting and all participants will receive a mini recipe book curated by Mary Ellen specifically for this class.
