ClassGraphic The SECURE Act 2.0 (Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement) is the most significant piece of retirement legislation since the original SECURE Act was passed in 2019.  With a total of roughly 100 provisions, mostly around retirement plans, understanding the key provisions and how they affect your planning is important.  In this class, learn about how to understand and plan around the new provisions that change the way someone inherits an IRA, how you have more ways to save for retirement, how you have more time to save for retirement and how the Act gives you more ways to use your retirement money.
