Lime & Extra-Virgin Olive Oil; Spicy Carrot Slaw with Citrus-Herb Vinaigrette; Roasted Red Pepper & Almond Picnic Spread; Pan Bagnat-Style Salmon Picnic Sandwich; and Five-Minute Fudge Snackin’ Cake. Throughout the class, Donna will share practical tips for using extra-virgin olive oil to add flavor, freshness, and balance to warm-weather meals.
