The perfect chopped salad, Fattoush is a refreshing, crunchy, and colorful staple in Arab Cuisine featuring watercress or romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and fresh herbs, all tossed in a signature tangy lemon-sumac -pomegranate molasses vinaigrette. Added crunch and flavor comes from crispy toasted pita chips topped with Za’atar. Join us to learn about the unique spices that make up this flavorful Arab salad.
