Go behind the scenes of the CIA and get an inside look into their world of food with a student-led tour and Q&A session. Enjoy a delicious three-course meal at CIA's American Bounty Restaurant that serves contemporary and traditional regional dishes with a focus on the seasons and products of the Hudson Valley.

Then we'll get back on the bus to the Vanderbilt Mansion National Historic Site in nearby Hyde Park.  We'll visit the Visitor's Center to find out more about this Gilded Age setting. Completed in 1899, the Vanderbilt Mansion is a gorgeous example of Beaux Arts architecture and furnished lavishly in an array of historical styles, with sweeping views of the Hudson River. Finally, we’ll return to Montclair at 6 p.m.
