Learn to make Layali Loubnan (a dessert with a dairy-semolina base topped with whipped cream and chopped pistachio and flavored with lemon and orange blossom),and Moujadara (a dish incorporating black lentils, bulgur wheat and pine nuts, garnished with cilantro). Sample them both at the end of the class. Two dishes, two delights!
