Beginning Mandolin

This course provides an introduction to playing the mandolin. The instructor will provide a foundation in the basic reading of musical notes and rhythms, picking, playing tremolo and a few basic chords. Students will be able to play basic pieces as they apply what they learn. This course is for those who have never studied music, as well as those with a musical background who need to refresh or transfer their knowledge of reading and technical skills.
