ClassGraphic This class uses taekwondo movements and concepts to strengthen and increase flexibility and conditioning. Classes will also work on balance and mental focus in our clean and bright space. Students should come dressed to work up a sweat, with clothing that is comfortable to sit and stretch as well as kick and punch. Classes are done barefoot so no shoes are required. No martial arts experience necessary.
