Toning and Sculpting is a form-focused, music-driven fitness experience. In this class, you can expect to build muscle strength and improve flexibility, coordination and range of motion. You will use props such as weights and resistance bands to help you strengthen specific areas of your body like your thighs, core and glutes. This class incorporates low-impact movements to give you the workout you love while reducing your risk of injury. Class is open to all levels.
