CourseGraphic Farm to table cooking classes at its best! Farm fresh ingredients, organic proteins and sustainable seafood are our comittment to healthy eating. Grab a friend or spouse and join us for an relaxed evening of learning, tasting and companionship!
The evening includes 2 chef instructors, 2 serving staff, Pelligrino, bottled water, optional coffee. Hors d'oevres will be served while you are being instructed and cooking your meal. Students are welcome to BYOB!

Braised Short Ribs in Chianti Sauce
Polenta Con Stracchino with Shaved Parm & Broccoli Rabe’
Mixed Greens with shaved Fennel & Blood Orange
Sabayon with fresh berries
Italian Espresso with lemon zest
