ClassGraphic With the current environment of angry discourse, it’s important to have strategies so the workplace and our social and family events are respectful and civil. Even the best-intentioned people seem to “go there” to the angry place. We are not always understanding the “other” side. This class will provide simple strategies for keeping the conversations calm and respectful. Let’s not inadvertently say things we may regret.
